The word “United” is used in the UK and US to indicate that countries and states are “United”

with one national Government in London, UK, and Washington, US that decides on laws and

taxes that cover all the businesses and people in these countries or states.

With local country or state taxes and laws applied by these Government bodies. A good

example would be car or auto tax.

The Question on Quora is asking if the Scottish First Minister will close the border to English

Tourists. This happened before when Westminster stated travel for non-work reasons be limited

to 5 miles from home. It was enforced and English Tourists were turned away.

But it produced no medical benefits against the spread of Covid-19. It appears that people can

carry it and not show signs, just like Flu and the common Cold.

This might be different if enough Test Kits are produced and distributed to Emergency Staff and

residents in each village, town, city, or remote locations.

Hopefully, the vaccine will be produced and given to the whole population of the US and the UK.

This should then lower and clear the populations of getting Covid-19 again or at least for a year

or longer.
