When you want to grow your business fast

Team, Business Plan and Product or Service Story

You need to hire the right people, read “Rework” by the founders of Basecamp.

Download the info packs from Kickstarter and Indiegogo and work through them.

This will help you fine tune your business plan for Crowdfunding.

You need a good story to attract investors! some have raised 2 to 5 times what they asked for.

Check Trends for the sector and similar products or services and benefits the user organisation and its end users will expect and obtain.

Feed this data into your story and business plan.

Present your Business Plan to the Crowdfunding companies and use their feedback to do the final tweaks.

Producing by researching and writing: Business: Technical: Fiction: Non-Fiction: Book: Course: This process follows Keep It Simple and Stupid:

When producing a Business, Technical, Fiction or Non-Fiction Book or Course

Start with doing research and when you have enough data gathered for 10 to 20 chapters with 10 to 20 pages A5 or A4 per chapter.

Write Chapter titles, the order may change as you start writing. Next, read your sources and start writing in your own words for each chapter. Sometimes you stop and need a break and go back and start again.

Another route is to hire a GhostWriter, draft a brief and list chapter titles, and add a number of chapters and pages as above. Then agree on the price, pay after reading each chapter if no changes required. Also able to rework the last two or three chapters if you are struggling to finish your book.

Willing to co-Author a book or course, assuming we can agree on the brief and list chapter titles and add a number of chapters and pages as above.

A book that all authors should read: It's time to write your Book
