Smart Cities sensors, edge computing, on-premise and cloud computing will all require protection with screening as per EMC standards from Radio Frequencies (RF).

Train and Tube sets are screened to prevent interference with Emergency Services and any nearby Medical Equipment in Centers or Hospitals.

All forms of Smart Transport will need to be screened to prevent failures and accidents with other road users. Some form of dead-mans handle or button will need to be used and all round radar and auto-pilot that brings the vehicle to a controlled halt.

Smart Cities and other Road Users needing EMC Screening

Cycles, Motorbikes and Motorised Chairs will all need to transmit their Id to enable their detection by other road users and prevent accidents.
