All forms of Smart Transport will need to be screened to prevent failures and accidents with other road users. Some form of dead-mans handle or button will need to be used and all round radar and auto-pilot that brings the vehicle to a controlled halt.

Cycles, Motorbikes and Motorised Chairs will all need to transmit their Id to enable their detection by other road users and prevent accidents.
