Spire leads with Geo Satellite Technology: Help Law Enforcement to arrest the Criminals and let the owners crew run the Tanker again.

Spire leads with Geo Satellite Technology

Spire Technology

The Satellites used are CubeSats made from small commercial units. Having high capacity and low cost. Its group of Satellites enable accurate location and tracking of Tankers. And the weather conditions around them.

Enhancing this cost-effective technology with data analytic tools. That allow the engineering team to perform analysis. With photographic proof to confirm the right Tanker has been found.

The physical size of the Tanker is added to the photos and its speed checked. 3D slicing allows confirmation of the cargo on board. Using Internet of Things (IoT) Sensors attached to all parts of it. Programming these Sensors to match the cargo by type. This allows envelopes of the container bays to be confirmed by the Tankers owners.

This helps the owners to contact their insurers with a status report on the Tanker. Before a News leak to Newspapers and TV Stations around the World by the Pirates.

Regenerative and Disc Braking used to stop the EV: Controlled through the Electronic Differential Motor Controller(EDMC): EV004:

Regenerative and Disc Braking

Regenerative Braking starts in some EVs when the driver eases off the Gas pedal. But kicks in when the Brake pedal is applied, and the drive motors go in reverse. The last stage requires the disc brakes to halt the Vehicle.

Checking Designs

Brake control system designs are checked using Matlab and Simulink design analysis tools. Service data will take time to collect and confirm the benefits. Mechanics doing servicing on EVs will notice the difference in the wear on the Disc Brakes.

Normal Setup:

To ensure the correct response from the driver using the Steering Wheel and the Gas pedal. To enable relating to vehicles with engines. Drivers will notice the difference between two and four wheel driving.

Adding Generators:

A generator on each wheel to charge the on-board Battery and extend the range of the EV.

With Battery status detected to switch off the Generators, until the Battery is down to 40%.

Drive and Brake Pedals are like an Automatic: Reversing with one pedal control: Brake Pedal combined with Park to stop EVs: EV005:

Drive and Brake Pedals

Automatic Driving

This will change, but should not take drivers long to adjust. The EV pedals will be like an Automatic. Both Pedals use resolver modules to adjust the voltage to the Motors.

Reversing:

Pressing a button on the Steering wheel reverses the Motors. The EDMC controls the Motor Vehicle speed from 0 to 5 mph. The e-Pedal as explained in the Nissan article allows one pedal control of the EVs movement.

Learning:

Need more EV drivers to enable collecting data on using one pedal. Most drivers will be able to adjust their driving. Practice will make reversing easy. The Brake pedal used if needed and combined with Park and the signal sent to the EDMC.

Mains Charging: 2nd contractor switches in 10 ms: Earth leakage trips Residual Circuit Breaker limit in on-board charger: Electric Vehicle 006:

Soft Start and Inrush Limited Battery Charging

The First Contractor

Connects the mains to the single phase/three phase transformer. With anti-surge supplied by two

resistors in parallel on the Live and Neutral power lines. Mounted across the second contractor

that switches in after 10ms. With peak energy at 14.5kW. The peak energy defines the power

selection of the resistors.

In-rush Power Protection

Supplied by the Residual Circuit Current Breaker. It trips when Earth leakage exceeds the set figure.

Allows time for the Transformer impedance to settle when using the on-board charger.

Physical Size

Both the power source and on-board charger. Being limited by technology. It is moving fast and in
3 to 5 years will be the size of a paperback book.

Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Engineering Products and Services: Check the sale price of similar products and what channels they are sold through:

Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Setting up your company:

Work out the production for products and services, storage and shipping costs.

Estimated Sale Price - production, storage and shipping costs = Gross Margin.

Gross Margin x monthly sales = Target Earnings = Cost of living plus

Company Expenses plus 20% for taxes. Keep all expenses to a minimum.

So when Target Earnings have run for 6 to 12 months without major problems,

it is time to form your company and do it full time.

During this period it is a good time to learn how to do monthly and annual accounts

on a spreadsheet.

What are the differences between people from the UK and the USA. Accents and how friendly or not some people are. Found it varied from state to state.

What are the differences between people from the UK and the USA

Accents and how friendly or not some people are...

First visited the US in 1974.For a one week course in Kentucky with a German Engineer. Working for the Process Computer

Systems part of GE. That was a taste, so I went back for a 2 month holiday.

Second visit in 1975.Flew from London to JFK and onwards to San Francisco. Went looking for that beach that the

Monkeys played on, only rocks. On a boat trip to Alcatraz round the renowned prison and end up

with sunburn. So chemist for sun lotion and big hat to keep the sun off.  Took Greyhound bus

tours to different places. Then moved down to Hollywood it reminded me of Blackpool.

After a couple of tours moved down to Orange County and found a pub with a Country music

band. That put me in the right mood. After chatting to some locals they suggested Lake Tahoe
for nightlife and wildlife.

Came across a school outing from Germany. That reminded me of where I had come from and

what differences I would find here in the US.

Next I visited San Diego and it reminded me of Portsmouth. With a US Sailor flying out in the

horizontal plane from a Bar. Took a tour down to Mexico and back. Their Brown Beer was like

some UK Beers. Food was different and made a good change.

Bus back up to San Fran and another to Lake Tahoe. Stayed in a Casino Hotel and listened to the

Three Degrees over a meal and some beers. Then I went for a walkabout and met some friendly

visitors.

They invited me over for breakfast in their holiday cabin. The woman was cooking breakfast and

opened the back door. That attracted a large Brown Bear making her scream. When it banged its

head above the door. Her husband fired a shotgun in the air and off it went.

Later that day started the horseback trekking holiday for two weeks. Two guides, two guys and

ten young women. So the guides introduced themselves and one went through the safety drill.

Every night put all the food in the sacks and the guides tied them up.

The horses carried us up and down the hills, through the woods and across the rivers. Plenty of

wildlife and some bears looking at us. About the third or second last night one of the girls was

eating cookies and a bear swiped the corner of her tent.

It could have knocked her head off. After a lot of screaming and two small bottles of Brandy

and a bucket of water, and some slaps she stopped.

Two police came out and took her back for a check-up. Her father got the police to check with

everybody and we all had the same story.

Then the Guide showed the police. That we had all signed up for the trek holiday and accepted

the terms and conditions. So one more night in the Casino Hotel with a good band and meal.

Before getting the bus back to the San Fran airport and back through JFK to London.

So no hassles, everybody friendly and only one New York Jewish guy, who spoke like a machine

gun on two of the bus tours. On the way out robbed by a guy on the floor of a yellow taxi in the

Airport Taxi Que.

Lucky for me it was the morning and I found the British Embassy. Who replaced my passport.

And sent somebody with me to the bank to get cash and the replacement cards organised.

Stayed one more night and collected my cards in the morning. Took the bus back to JFK.

Third visit to the US in 1979 working for UNIVAC based in Minnesota lasted 8.5 months.

Shared a flat with another Engineer, who went home at weekends.

Went off site-seeing again on Greyhound Buses. Visited surrounding states and round the Great

Lakes fishing. Found a lot of friendly Scandinavians round the Great Lakes.

Went to Chicago and got on well in the Irish part of town. Chatted about football and rugby.

Having been in the North and South of Ireland youth hostelling and hiking around.

To be continued...
